Chrome Post Peek extension displays X posts in popups
A new Chrome extension called Post Peek lets you open X (formerly Twitter) post links in a popup window instead of loading the whole site. It's open-source, doesn't send your data to X, and doesn't require you to log in. You can view text, media, and replies anonymously. The extension is inspired by the Safari tool Litterbox and is now available on the Chrome Web Store.
