Raspberry Pi ships $30 modular display adapter for signage
Raspberry Pi has released its Smart Display Module, an add-on board that lets you slot a Compute Module 5 directly into compatible screens for digital signage and visual displays. Priced at $30, it handles 4K video, supports optional AI accelerators via an M.2 slot, and works with any display supporting the Intel SDM format. It's available now; the Compute Module 5 is a required extra.
