Volvo says the refreshed XC60 and XC90 plug-in hybrids can now travel up to 78 and 73 miles on battery alone, more than doubling the previous versions’ range. Both get bigger 37.9 kWh usable batteries, a redesigned interior, upgraded driver assists, and an AI-powered voice assistant. Production of the XC60 is expanding to South Carolina, pushed partly by tariffs.
