Xbox games run on jailbroken PS5 via new emulator
A developer released XPSemu Alpha 1, an open-source Xbox emulator for jailbroken PlayStation 5 consoles. The port, based on xemu, can play original Xbox games like Halo 2, which holds around 30 FPS in default settings and performs better with community patches. While some titles run smoothly, others see significant frame drops due to CPU limits. The tool requires users to supply their own Xbox system files.
