Ahron, a Munich HR tech startup, has raised €2.2 million to build AI-powered tools that automate HR tasks across fragmented company software. Instead of replacing existing HR systems, Ahron's platform sits on top of them, using AI agents to handle chores like onboarding and payroll checks. Backed by Cusp Capital and HR industry investors, Ahron already claims over €1 million in annual recurring revenue and plans to expand further into the US and Europe.
