AI startup EliseAI, which builds software to automate tedious admin work for landlords and healthcare providers, just raised $350 million. The deal, led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer, nearly doubles its valuation in a year—going from $2.2 billion to $4 billion. EliseAI plans to put the cash towards growing its engineering and sales teams, and will open a second tech hub in San Francisco.
