Kuku Technologies receives SEBI approval for IPO
India’s market regulator has approved Kuku Technologies’ initial public offering plans, paving the way for a public listing potentially by the first half of 2027, according to people familiar with the matter. Kuku, the parent company of audio and microdrama platforms Kuku FM and Kuku TV, is planning an IPO of up to ₹3,500 crore. The proceeds will go toward expanding technology, AI infrastructure, and content production.

It'll use the money to ramp up manufacturing, set up a dedicated testing site, and get ready for flight trials by late 2026. DheyaTech claims it's the first Indian private firm aiming for independent airworthiness certification of these engines, which have historically been imported.

Nvidia sharply ramped up its startup investments, taking part in nine such deals—its busiest month on record—with $1.3 billion in led or co-led financings.
