Emmys will stream exclusively on Prime Video from 2027
Starting in 2027, the Emmy Awards are leaving broadcast TV for good and will stream exclusively on Prime Video worldwide for at least six years. Anyone—Prime member or not—can tune in for free in over 240 countries. The move ends seven decades of network rotation as traditional viewership keeps sliding. Prime Video will become the show's first long-term, dedicated home, as Amazon pushes further into live event streaming.
