SAP is buying Belgian AI workforce startup TechWolf
SAP is acquiring TechWolf, a Belgian startup whose AI tracks employee skills and tasks, folding it into its HR software lineup. The deal, reportedly the biggest VC-backed software buyout in Belgian history, gives SAP workforce insights its current HR tools lack. TechWolf will keep its brand and CEO and continue serving all customers. Deal expected to close by year-end; no price disclosed.
