New Relic survey finds rising AI outages and monitoring gaps
According to New Relic’s 2026 Observability Forecast, 25% of enterprises run AI agents in production without monitoring them. The report also found that 9% of organizations face high-impact outages several times a day, up 200% from last year, and engineering teams are losing more time to disruptions. Despite these issues, the reported annual cost per enterprise held steady at about $73.5 million.
