Personio acquires Circula to unify HR and spend management
Personio, a European HR software provider, has bought Circula, a platform used by over 3,000 businesses for managing expenses and benefits. The two companies have partnered for years, but this move will now let Personio’s 16,000 customers access payroll, expenses, and benefits in a single system. Circula will keep operating under its own brand but as part of Personio, and more product integration is planned.
