Salesforce wins £2.4B UK tax agency technology contract
Salesforce has been awarded a ten-year contract valued at approximately £2.4 billion by the UK's tax agency, HMRC, to provide CRM and related technology services. The deal covers case management, marketing, analytics, and includes AI-driven solutions. HMRC, which manages one of Europe's largest IT estates, aims to modernize its systems and reduce reliance on outdated processes. Salesforce won the contract over Pegasystems, the previous supplier.
