SAP makes Joule Work and AI features widely available
SAP says its AI assistant Joule Work is now generally available, along with other major AI features. At its SAP Connect event, the company doubled down on AI that focuses on deep business context and strict governance, aiming to outdo "generic" AI models. CEO Christian Klein argued that SAP’s knowledge graph and security give it an edge for critical business processes where accuracy is crucial.
