Tiny acquires Oso Cloud for $1.9 million CAD
Tiny, a Canadian holding company, has bought the assets of Oso Cloud for $1.9 million CAD. Oso Cloud makes software that manages which humans and AI agents have access to sensitive business systems. The deal adds about $5.3 million in annual recurring revenue to Tiny, bringing its total to over $75 million. Most of Oso’s team, including its CEO, is moving elsewhere, but a small team will grow the business under Tiny.
