Infleqtion and Riverlane link up on quantum error correction
Infleqtion and Riverlane are teaming up to make quantum computers more reliable by linking Riverlane’s real-time error correction hardware and software with Infleqtion’s neutral-atom quantum systems and compilers. Their goal: fix errors in quantum bits (qubits) on the fly, cutting down the number of physical qubits needed for fault-tolerant operations. The effort includes engineering sprints and demos in the UK, aiming for scalable, practical quantum computing.
- Infleqtion and Riverlane signed a quantum tech partnership MOU
- Riverlane provides real-time error correction tools and decoders
- Infleqtion offers neutral-atom hardware and custom software
- Goal: efficient conversion from physical to logical qubits
- UK workshops and demos planned to test integration
