NASA set to undock Cygnus XR from ISS Friday
NASA's Cygnus XL cargo spacecraft is set to leave the International Space Station this Friday, after delivering over 11,000 pounds of supplies and science experiments. Flight controllers on the ground will use the station's robotic arm to release the spacecraft, with NASA astronaut Luke Delaney overseeing the move onboard. Cygnus is loaded with trash and will safely burn up during its planned re-entry on Sunday. The craft launched in April on a SpaceX rocket.
