Apple Invites app adds full-res albums and easier guest login

Apple updated its Invites app for iPhone with three changes. You now get full-resolution photo sharing in shared albums, including contributions from non-Apple users. The app's Image Playground lets you create photorealistic backgrounds for your invitations. Guests can verify email with a tap, skipping manual codes. To create events you’ll still need an iCloud+ subscription, but anyone can RSVP for free.

• Shared albums now support full-res photo sharing
• Anyone can join and add to an album, Apple device or not
• Photo backgrounds for invites now allow photorealistic styles
• Email verification for guests can be done with a single tap
