Apple opens App Store to iPhone Duo-ready apps
Apple will now let developers submit apps optimized for the upcoming iPhone Duo, using Xcode 27.1. These apps get a special badge in the App Store, and from April 2027, developers must include iPhone Duo screenshots with new submissions. Apple is offering design resources, preview specs, and in-person workshops to help developers get their apps ready in time for the Duo's October release.
