GTA 6 map is twice as large, adds 170 animal species
Grand Theft Auto 6's world is confirmed to be Rockstar's biggest yet—about double the size of GTA 5's map, according to company executives. The new setting, Leonida (inspired by Florida), includes six major regions and boasts a huge variety of environments, plus 170 animal species—more than 60 of them birds. There's also a dynamic weather system with persistent effects like puddles and rainbows after storms.
