European tech startups raise over €3.9B in a week
Over 70 European tech startups pulled in more than €3.9 billion in funding last week. Cloud platforms led by a wide margin at €2.95 billion, with cleantech and energy startups next. The UK was the top country for investment, accounting for €3.1 billion. Several notable rounds included Nscale’s $3.36 billion pre-IPO injection and big raises in Denmark, Sweden, and Germany.
