Meadow AI raises $7M to grow retail monitoring platform
Meadow AI, a Seattle startup, has raised $7 million to expand its AI-powered 'digital secret shopper' for restaurants and brick-and-mortar retailers. The software analyzes video, audio, and store data in real time to flag service issues and coach frontline workers on the spot. The round was led by Ulu Ventures and brings Meadow AI's total funding to $13 million. Former Toast executive Tanvir Bhangoo is joining as chief revenue officer.
