Toronto startup Daedal Systems raises $4M for fusion diagnostics
Daedal Systems, a Toronto startup founded by a former General Fusion employee, just pulled in $4 million to build plasma measurement systems for nuclear fusion companies. Instead of every fusion developer building their own diagnostics from scratch, Daedal aims to provide a universal solution. The fresh funds will pay for three pilot devices. Early backers include OMERS Ventures and several well-known Canadian investors.
