Frore Systems launches diamond-cooled plates for AI data centers
Frore Systems just introduced the LiquidJet Diamond, a liquid cooling plate for AI data centers that adds diamond wafers where server chips get hottest. The company claims this setup cuts GPU hotspot temperatures by 10°C more than its previous design and boosts AI output per watt by 35% compared to standard coldplates. That means more AI processing, higher revenue, and less energy wasted, all without building more costly data centers.
- Diamond spreaders placed at GPU hotspots
- Reduces chip temperature by 10°C over prior version
- Brings total efficiency gain to 35%
- Can be tailored to specific GPU designs
