ALKEME launches AI-driven platform for insurance agencies
ALKEME, a fast-growing US insurance agency platform, has built its own data and AI-powered portal to help newly acquired agencies standardize business operations and get away from scattered spreadsheets. The platform, developed in-house, combines business planning, CRM, and sales tools in a single system. ALKEME says this helps centralize processes and data for the 80 agencies it’s acquired since 2020—no matter what tech they used before joining.
- ALKEME has acquired 80 agencies since 2020
- The new portal includes planning, CRM, and sales features
- Centralized data replaces legacy tools like Excel and QuickBooks
- The tech was built internally, not by external vendors
