Cloudflare launches built-in error monitoring for Workers
Cloudflare is rolling out built-in error monitoring, called Issues, for its Cloudflare Workers serverless platform, now in open beta. Issues spots and groups errors like exceptions, 5xx responses, and logs, then sends detailed context—error traces, logs, even the Worker version—directly to a configured coding agent. No extra SDK or wrapper is needed: it’s one setting. The goal is for agents to fix production bugs faster, with less manual handoff.
- Now in open beta for Cloudflare Workers
- Detects and groups repeated exceptions and errors
- Sends errors and context to coding agents automatically
- Works without extra SDKs or instrumentation
- Supports adding user and session data via OpenTelemetry
