Amazon unveils first official Kindle remote and new e-readers
Amazon just launched its first official page-turning remote, the Kindle Click, for $35. The Bluetooth device lets you flip pages and change brightness without touching your Kindle, and works with e-readers from 2024 onward. It’s being pitched for hands-off reading—think under the covers or on a treadmill. The Click launches alongside a major Kindle hardware refresh, with thinner bodies, flush screens, user-replaceable batteries, and higher prices.
