Workday says 75% of its 11,500 enterprise customers now use some form of Workday AI, upending its internal processes and product mix along the way. Over 2,000 customers are using its AI Agents, and more than 150 are trying the AI-powered Payroll Agent. Workday leaders say the key wasn't just launching more agents, but reorganizing internally to respond faster to customer needs.
